Cabin Rules and Regulations
No rentals to anyone under 21 years of age.
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. If your credit card
was
used for your initial deposit, you are the only person who may sign
our guest
registration forms and you assume all responsibility for yourself
and your
accompaniment and for any and all damages, or missing items, that incur
during your stay.
Blue Ridge Passage Resort reserves the right to charge
your credit card for any
damages incurred or items missing during your stay or after your
departure without your consent and you agree to hold Blue Ridge Passage Resort
harmless.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a refund of your deposit you agree to inform Blue Ridge
Passage Resort of any cancellation of your reservation 14 days prior to
your
arrival date. Any cancellations less than 14 days will negate any refund
of your deposit and Blue Ridge Passage Resort reserves the right to charge
your
credit card for the entire rental fee of the reservation period.
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm. Check-out time is at 11:00 am.
Limited pet friendly cabins may be available.
For your health concerns and ours, our cabins are smoke free.
Smoking is
permitted outside of the cabins.
Please dispose of your remnants
appropriately.
No littering on Blue Ridge Passage Resort property.
No public nudity, profanity, excessive drinking or obnoxious behavior.
Please consider your neighbor. No loud parties or loud music.
No ATV’s, dirt bikes or similar vehicles allowed.
No skateboarding, skating or use of roller blades on the property.
Wildlife is present in the area. Please do not leave food out for these
animals.
This is for the animal’s protection as well as yours.
Please enjoy them
from a safe distance and never attempt to hand feed them or
photograph
them up close.
Blue Ridge Passage Resort reserves the
right to require your departure from the resort at any time
during your stay, without refunds, if the above rules and regulations are not
followed.
